Really good stuff here from Evan Silva and Adam Levitan. Lots of talk on Henry, Tannehill, Mariota, and Conklin.
They are convinced that Tannehill will get the franchise tag, Henry will get a high end RB but reasonable deal, and Conklin will get very overpaid by someone bc he is the only good young tackle available.
If we tag Tannehill, get Henry for a reasonable deal, and sign Kelley instead of Conklin we would have breathing room to make some other moves.
I would not be opposed to bringing in Perriman either.

Hes got a bad rep of being a first round bust and didnt produce for the ravens. But hes been good when given the chance over the past year and half and has stayed healthy. Hes an athletic freak. 6'2" and runs a 4.3.
Over the last 4 weeksof the season - with Evans out (and Godwin for 2 of them), Perriman scored 5 TDs and over 100 yards per game...
And he should be cheap.
It's time we prepare ourselves for Dennis Kelley as the RT of the future.

Kelly is a good back up but not a starter. Pay him as a backup or let him walk. Grab a rookie or free agent. I would love to bring Conklin back but I think him and his agent know there is gonna be alot more money for him elsewhere.
Kelly did pretty well as starter while Conk was hurt. Not conk good but ok.

Going into the Playoffs, my concern was both our lines - Offensive and Defensive.
We lost to KC because of both - no pressure, no push.
KC didn't have to worry too much about Henry because they attacked our Oline, whereas NE and Baltimore tried to defend Henry.

How much is Conk worth though? If there are legit teams already talking about opening up the wallet, I think we have to let him walk. Just not enough money for all the FA. I think Ryan walks too but not as big a deal.
I would rather see Kelly resigned as insurance if a FA or draft pick really isn’t good/ready.
I agree our o line is STILL a major weakness but Kelly is not the answer. I see him and Conklin going somewhere for more money than we can give them. Somebody is gonna over pay for both of them. I would prefer to sign Henry and Tannehill to long term contracts and franchise Conklin.
