Whistle had not blown and he was still fighting to get out! Complete BS!!!!!
That’s the type of penalties that cost you games. The guy was wrapped up, Simmons needed to hold up.

My problem is those whistles don't come soon enough. They let the WR fight for 5-6 seconds while his progress is stopped, but get mad when someone comes in with a hit.
WHAT A BS CALL.. blow the whistle if you want him to not get hit. Could cost us the game.
