Joseph has been playing so long I honestly can't remember if I liked him coming out of college.

I know a long time ago he was good but Is he currently better than Brock? I figured we would just re sign Brock
YepBetter than LeShaun Simms.
Joseph was a Pro Bowler in 2011 and 2012, and has been a consistent performer ever since, missing just eight games between 2013-2019. In each of the past two seasons, he had 13 pass deflections and at least 50 tackles. A 14-year NFL veteran, Joseph has 31 career interceptions.
This was a good signing by J Rob. It's for one year, Joseph is familiar with our new position coach and for being 36 he's still an average starter so he's perfect depth as a #4 CB or even a #3 if Fulton isn't ready to go. This was one of the additions I was hoping for after the draft seeing as how we only drafted one corner and I'm glad J Rob made it happen.
My first reaction, was this guy is still playing?Joseph has been playing so long I honestly can't remember if I liked him coming out of college.

I would of gone Darqueze Dennard but you can't complain. This was needed.
You don't watch the games when the Titans and Texans play? He was a starter all four years you thought he was retired.I thought he retired like 4 years ago.
What if... Joseph is a bridge player to allow for cutting Butler for more cap space. Maybe they feel he could handle it this year. Just thinking out loud.

Some @PFF numbers on CB Johnathan Joseph, who agreed to terms with #Titans:
--Saw 622 snaps last season, 2nd-most of any #Texans CB
--Posted a coverage grade of 65.0, which -- for comparison's sake -- was ahead of Titans' Butler (64.2) and Ryan (60.6), trailed Jackson (75.3).

He's not starter quality anymore, but he's solid in pass coverage.
Supposedly best friends with the Clown. Interesting...
