it has only become another excuse for the Mariota fans of why he is holding the ball so long and getting pressured..THE TOP FOUR QUARTERBACKS IN PLAY-ACTION PERCENTAGE ARE A COMBINED 8-0
Lamar Jackson (43.9%), Dak Prescott (43.1%), Jimmy Garropolo (38.2%) and Patrick Mahomes (38.0) are using play-action more than other quarterbacks through two weeks.
Meanwhile we arent making **** happen with it here after week-1 after we did so well...
I am still waiting to find out the reason that last game Henry was in for 30 snaps and Lewis was in for 30 snaps. How is that possible? Of course Lewis only actually got a few runs, but that is still 30 snaps that Henry could have taken 5-10 more runs.Derrick Henry needs more early down touches. Marcus works best in PA. For someone reason DH rarely touched the ball at the end of the 2nd and in the 4th
But it’s ALL mariota’s fault. If we just bench him for THill, the defense will tackle better.
Our defense ranks at the top of the league in just about every single category. While passing offense despite all of the additions, is still at the bottomBut it’s ALL mariota’s fault. If we just bench him for THill, the defense will tackle better.
Well that stat I commented on is a pretty important one, especially to rank dead last in.Our defense ranks at the top of the league in just about every single category. While passing offense despite all of the additions, is still at the bottom
If you missed it, it was tackling.
Points allowed is all that I care about.Well that stat I commented on is a pretty important one, especially to rank dead last in.

Did you catch how many points were allowed last week due to not tackling?Points allowed is all that I care about.
It was the hottest game ever played in that stadium. The offense could not stay on the field. You would think that the defenders got tired or something. Yet they allowed 19 points and gave the offense a shot at the end of the game. They did their jobDid you catch how many points were allowed last week due to not tackling?
Wow. The colts must have gotten lucky not playing in that heat.It was the hottest game ever played in that stadium. The offense could not stay on the field. Titans must have also stretched out pretty hard since the missed tackles started in the first.
The D can take some blame for last week as well. They don’t get off the hook because Mariota sucks.
How many tackles have you seen Mariota break in your lifetime?Wow. The colts must have gotten lucky not playing in that heat.

Offense 1/10 on third down, 154 yards passing. Defense was astounding compared to that unit.
Wow, they did better than total garbage. How many tackles have you seen Mariota break in your lifetime?

Not sure how any of this lets the D missing tackles in the first qtr which led to points let’s them off your hook.

His hate blinders are pathetic, even if he's right about Mariota... doesn't matter.
My mood right now reading these stats as they come in from last night.
And who was that?
Carr.

Mariota was pressured a career-high 18 times, according to ESPN Stats & Information. He was also sacked nine times.
Mariota has played in 59 regular season games. He’s failed to throw a TD pass in 23 of them.
Mariota has been sacked 17 times through the first 3 weeks of the 2019 season.
That is the most a single QB has been sacked through Week 3 since 2002.

They are the same guy at this point. And who was that?
Carr.
And FWIW, Matt Schaub took 17 sacks the year after Carr left, behind practically the same OL.
Lewis out snapping Henry was just crazy....I understand that Lewis is supposed to be a better reciever and that we were behind and throwing the ball.....but Henry should be a better pass protector and Henry is actually the one guy on the team that has proven to be a big play threat....if you need to score fast then Henry should get a chance to touch the ball.
