468 | Chris Johnson (2009 – 2,006 yds)

498 | Eric Dickerson (1984 – 2,105 yds)

2,000 yard watch is officially on.

Per league_winner
On pace for 1881 yds
I can see 2000+ with a couple more beastly games to come as he started slow

Just some more stats for the 2K rushers and comparison to Henry:
- OJ and Dickerson are the only 2 do reach 2K in <16 games (OJ-14, ED-15)
- 5/7 had more than 1 game reaching 200 yards. Only TD and CJ2K did it once.
- sanders had the least games under 100 w/ 2. The rest had 3+
- Sanders had the least 25+ carry games w/ 3. All at least 1 game w/ 30.

Pace needed: 125 YPG 16 games, OJ in 14 games needed 143 YPG.
- OJ and Jamal Lewis were on pace the first 7/8 games, the rest didn’t reach pace until at least week 5 (TD) and most were behind pace at halfway point.

Final 2 games of the season - strong finish and coach dedication:
OJ - 22/219, 34/200
ED - 27/215 (reached 2K), 26/98
Barry - 19/138, 23/184
TD - 16/29, 29/178
Lewis - 22/205, 27/114
CJ2K - 21/142, 36/134
AP - 25/86, 34/199

- Denver had the best team results at 14-2. All the rest were 10-6(x3), 9-7, 9-5, and the titans at 8-8.

Lowest game totals for each:
OJ - 14 carries, 55 yards
ED - 13 carries, 38 yards
Barry - 10 carries, 20 yards
TD - 16 carries, 29 yards
Lewis - 15 carries, 68 yards (different games)
CJ2K - 9 carries, 34 yards
AP - 15 carries, 60 yards (different games)

Stringed together century games is key:
OJ - 2 sets of 5
ED - 6 straight
Barry - 14 straight
TD - 7 straight
Lewis - 6 straight
CJ2K - 11 straight
AP - 8 straight

I’m certain there are other seasons with RB that were on pace at times but ended up short.
- Dickerson is the only back to reach 1800 3x.
- in YPG only, the following would have reached if played enough games:
Jim Brown - 58’/63’
OJ - 75’
Payton - 77’
Campbell - 80’

150 yards or less short of 2K (116+ YPG):
Clinton Portis - 03’. Finished 1591, 13 games
Ahman Green - 03’. Finished 1883, 16 games
Barry Sanders - 94’. Finished 1883, 16 games
Alexander - 05’ Finished 1880, 16 games
TD - 97’. Finished 1750, 15 games
Tiki Barber - 05’ Finished 1860, 16 games

At his current pace (117.3), Tannehill would set a new benchmark for the NFL’s highest passer rating in a player’s first 16 starts with a new team. @Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes achieved an NFL-best 111.8 passer rating in his 1st 16 starts after being drafted in 2017.

Since making his first start for the @Titans last year, Tannehill leads the NFL with a 117.3 passer rating.

I don't have a link , just heard this on a sports channel in the "Caliente" (mexican betting bar).
- Mike Vrable is 2-0 at home when coaching against teams he played for.
New England and Kansas City and he'll be coaching against pittsburgh (drafted by them) this Sunday.
He is also 1-1 against former teams in the playoffs.
Won at N.E. lost at K.C.

This seems silly. Switch their primary sides.

Anyone know what is considered a good and what the average PRP?
All I could find to give me some idea is the top 10 pro scores from 2015. Best guy scored a 15 the guys from 10th-7 all scored around 11.

So 8-10 sounds good 4-7 would be average if I was guessing and lower would be bad.

Just going by the top 10 scores.

With Tennessee’s impressive 3rd Down Defense against Pittsburgh, their 3rd down % improves from a lowly 57.8 to 60.9%.

60 f’n percent. That’s is unreal, historically bad. When I have the time, I will be booking up the worst teams in history.

I choose to laugh because it hurts to cry.

I think the Browns in the early 90s have the worst recorded numbers since they tracked the statistic. I think they were just under 50% still.

This defense is historically bad.

Another sad note is going into this game, Tennessee also had the leagues worst FG percentage. At 64%, that’s still a big improvement on last year, having never reached even 50%.

I don’t know how everyone else kicked yesterday, but 1/2 won’t improve our %.

As the sad stats continue getting posted, I’ll be passing out a lot of “cheers” buttons as representation of how much I’m going to drink.

A huge failure for Jrob, he keeps trying to salvage patriots cast offs.

Buffalo was #31 at 53% and played the Jets holding them to 2/8.

the gap between 31 and 32 is growing.
