I don't know that anyone is questioning that Brady would have done more or pushed Art aside to beat Baltimore. That doesn't mean SB winners though, that would have put us against KC.
The only reason I believe we would have had a chance there, is the "favorable calls" that seem to follow Brady around BUT our D would have been thrashed.
All that said, the conversation really popped up after Brady was playoff bound and continued through his SB victory. For anyone that was part of the pre-season version of this thread, there was a LOT of doubt on how much he had left in the tank. He joined a well built team with a good coach in Arians too. That D was collectively more valuable than Brady was in the SB specifically.
Who else but Brady could make or even attempt this throw?

Brady winning 7 is super impressive. Great showing in the Super Bowl too... but let's not forget he almost single handily blew the game against the Packers. It looked like he tried his best to lose that game. The Bucs D (and Matt LeFleur) saved Brady's 7th ring. He should buy them all (LeFleur included) Rolly's.
Tanny was sacked 24 times. Brady 21. He would have been killed behind this line. Tanny did more with his legs than he gets credit for.
I think overall the Oline did a good job. I don’t thino the low sack number is because of Tanny legs. Brady doesn’t get sacked because he gets the ball out quicker than anyone. Ready would have been fine here.
