Hey guys, my first post on the new board! I’ve been busy and didn’t have time to hunt down the replacement site after Gotitans went down.

Obviously this season has been a frustrating Chit show. Callahan seems to be out of his league at thus far not head coach material, Hopefully a light bulb will go off, but so far, he’s pretty terrible if you ask me. This team has went backwards in every aspect.

A couple stats I was looking for regarding the D: (still 2 week 7 games to play)

Titans have 10 sacks- T29th
Titans have 1 INT - T32nd
Titans have 2 FR (1 was ST) - T 30th
Titans have a -9 turnover ratio - 31st
Titans have 3 total takeaways - T31st

Giving up 24 PPG - 22nd

Total yds per game giving up- #1 (272.2)
Passing yds per game giving up - #3 (166.7)
Rushing yds/ game giving up - #8 (105.5)

Total yds offense/ game - #31 (259.2)
Passing - #32 (145.8)
Rushing - #21 (113.3)
PPG - #27T (17.7)

It's not his fault the team is this bad. But look, we are losing to bad teams who don't even have their starters. It basically as low as it gets.

From a personal standpoint. The dink and dunk offense is one I hate. He's a dink and dunker. We need home runs. I think all teams need home runs.

Two things he was supposed to do. He's supposed to be a QB whisperer. Our QB has gone backwards. And although I don't blame him for the Oline because of the lack of talent, but I kinda do.

If that's what happens then yes he should be. If you look at our schedule this year.....3 to 4 wins is unfortunately our likely scenario
Based on the roster moves provided this year, I don’t even know what type of players would give me any excitement for next season.

I thought the draft went well, both Latham and Sweat are contributing. Sneed was the top CB, Pollard was brought in as almost another WR. Ridley was among the top FA WR, Boyd was highly sought after even if recognized as a 2/3 WR.

Even if TN went after every top FA next season, I don’t know what brings any excitement if BC can fail this badly with the talent acquired this year.

There's no way AAS signs off at a Ran firing. She's a massive supporter of him.

We all need to understand that Ran did everything under his power to make this team competitive.

His only flaw was hiring Callahan.

Pollard has been legit, Latham and Sweat are looking like Pro Bowlers.

Ran will be decided if he decides to admit his mistake and move on from Callahan or not.

He’s had two drafts and one of them (his first) looks like trash. He drafted Levis. I don’t hate him, but he hasn’t been great so far.

I’d like to see more time on last year’s.
-Ski (note my question below) doesn’t seem like a star but does seem starter worthy.

-Spears played great last year in limited touches. For whatever reason touches have diminished even before his injury.

-Whyle is playing about as good as a 5th round pick might. I don’t really expect anything from a 5th.

Agree, Levis is playing terrible. Duncan is somehow worse but gets a small relief for being a 6th rd pick. And Dowell is gone already.

The talents we brought in were better than what we had at WR, but it was washed out talent, long past their prime. The RB was a throw away, a downgrade, but he is ok. They were Jet-like moves. We need guys coming into their prime. Don't buy the past. Buy the Future. Excitement doesn't come from re-treads. Excitement comes from having top tier talent we can root.

Do you have some sort of PFF data to back this up?

Not standing my ground on Skoronski but there was a stat this week that Pollard’s YPC was up almost 2 yds running toward the left vs the right (5.0 vs 3.1). May be anecdotal and I haven’t sent the pass protection numbers.
Skoronski is good at run blocking, and bad at pass blocking. Not good enough for a 1st round guard.

That’s the eye test, but I believe I heard a stat recently that said he was among the worst in that area. Hopefully he’ll improve. He better.

Not entirely sure what you mean.
Ridley is coming off his second best production season
Sneed is coming off pro bowl/all pro seasons.

That’s 2 guys that are under performing as far as I can tell but there’s no argument to be seen that they were past their prime.

$230M+ in contracts this offseason.

And good thing we finally got rid of that bum Derrick Henry.

He was done, and when he was on the field everyone knew it was going to be a run since he can't catch passes.....

Oh wait, I think he leads the league "again" in yards, and even caught a pass for a TD last night after another explosive night of running to the tune of 169 yards. No one in their right mind would pick a Tony Pollard, (who has been decent) over the future Hall of Fame King Henry for the same money. Except the Titans of course.
