Wife Redboxed "The Revenant" last night. I'm glad Leo finally got his Oscar but honestly the bear should've taken it for this film.

Nothing worse than sending out the wife to visit the video man but she comes home with a red box instead.

Nobody even had VCRs until the mid 80's
Finally saw Deadpool.
Still hate the CGI suit/mask/eyes but other than that, it was all it was hyped to be. Fun.

Watched The Martian last night. Good movie overall, but...umm....why was Kristin Wiig in this movie? Her character served no purpose.
I watched the Entourage movie today. Being a fan of the show I really liked the movie. It was nothing special, just a really long episode of the show, basically.
I would have liked a little more of a story for Turtle other him meeting Ronda Rousey.
They could have made it Season 9 instead of a movie, but HBO pulled the plug on the show.
Who was your favorite character? I had two, Drama and Billy Walsh.
X-Men: Apocalypse
3 out of 5 stars
I went in with an open mind and left with a "meh" kind of feeling. The Apocalypse they created just wasn't what I was expecting, but I give them a B for at least trying to make him someone we recognize from the past. I honestly would of been alright if they went the Thanos route and completely CGI'd the dude. The script was exactly the doomsday kind of story everyone expected. It did have more than the occasional laugh which was nice.
I will definitely buy the movie when it comes out on DVD but I am still questioning if it was worth the $45 we paid to see it last night.
Took the kids yesterday. Not bad for a $5 matinee. I'd give it a hard C. I am tried of super hero movies where the good guys need bad guy #2 to turn against bad guy #1 in order to be victorious.

How was Ari not in your favorites?
Ari, Drama, and Billy would be my three favorites. Really, without Ari, the show goes nowhere IMO.
Ari made the show. I don't know anyone who watched that show and didn't have him #1.How was Ari not in your favorites?

The same can be asked for many others movies.

I like Ari and I agree he made the show, but he should not have won his second Emmy over Drama that one year.
Ari, got real soft when his wife was about to leave him.
With that said, Ari's wife, Sloan, and Dana Gordan would get a 520 from me.
Kate McKinnon's hair in that movie.... Could they have made trying to pull in the feminists any more obvious? The same can be asked for many others movies.

She's making her move to drama..
Well at least she won't be in comedies anymore, so there's that...She's making her move to drama..
She's hilarious though. Literally the only good casting choice in this movie imo.Kate McKinnon's hair in that movie.... Could they have made trying to pull in the feminists any more obvious?

Or... you know... possibly it has something to do with the old Ghostbusters?
