There goes Mims. I’m afraid we ain’t gonna get a decent WR by the time we get back on the clock.
Billy volek was consensus among fans, just not Fisher.Titans QBs are always divisive. Never a consensus.
then Zach Mettnberger. There was consensus with him too.

We all did. Anyone who says otherwise is lying.Loved Volek.
You set records with 900 yards in 2 games coming off the bench, you get some love. He put Drew Bennett on the map.
A few left...we liked Scott in pre-draft meetingsThere goes Mims. I’m afraid we ain’t gonna get a decent WR by the time we get back on the clock.

They had Tre Tucker in for a visit as well.
Ya theres still 5 or 6 wr's who i think would be great pick ups in rd 3
Tillman, Hyatt, Downs, Scott are highest ranked WRs left as of now....likely to get a shot at one or 2...

Detroit is a good place for a HookerDidn’t expect Hooker to the lions glad it’s not Dallas though
Where was Mike Tyson when this guy was conceived?
Hope Hyatt and Tillman fall to us. I'd prolly take Tillman of the 2
Depends on if speed is the secret sauce or not.Hope Hyatt and Tillman fall to us. I'd prolly take Tillman of the 2
Haha, yeah exactly. That why I never buy lottery tickets. They are waste of money. And if you notice, I said “be lucky if even one of them works out”…. Just like a lottery ticket. A long shot. And I’d rather spend a 2nd on a long shot than mortgage the house on one.
But in the NFL you HAVE to have a decent QB to win. So you you have to keep searching until you land one. And the odds to hit on a QB if you keep throwing enough chit against the wall is better than 100 million to one.
I’d rather roll the dice with a second round pick than have mortgaged everything to trade up for one of the other three top QB prospects, that I feel have just as many flaws as Levis.
Right there. You can get a 'decent' QB later than the 2nd round. Which odds are greater / worse, finding that ONE QB who elevates your entire team or elevating your entire team via the draft and landing a 'decent' QB? It's precisely because QBs are such a carpshoot, I'd rather build my team around the QB vs hunting for that QB first.
