I think it is customary for Head coaches, GM, brass and ownership to have a season end meeting.
That being said, I hope AAS and others at least force some coordinators/position coaching changes

Saw some quick pop up on our OL during the game LT last, C last, Guard Last, then 23 and 29……:disappointed::hang::huh:

Just like his usual offensive game plan.
Honestly, the OL is so bad, I don’t know if we can truly pass judgement. I do question some of Kelly’s personnel groupings. But that OL is like watching a lawnmower run down kittens.
Now that we have some metrics guys on board, I suspect assistant coaches will absolutely come into play. I think ditching our special teams coach in season shows that Vrabel is more open to change. The next few days will be interesting.
