Absolutely everyone who actually played in the NFL that I have heard says switching sides is nowhere near as big a deal as the media likes to make it.

Frankly, if Latham fails on the left, he likely would have failed on the right too.

Dude has massive upside, and one of the best o line coaches in league history. I suspect he'll be adequate at worst.
Isn't the whole deal with LT vs RT that the left tackle is covering the blind side of the QB therefore being a little more important?
It's not that the position is so different, it's that you need the LT to be as solid as possible because the QB can't see rushers coming on that side.

Yes. Kind of surprised TN opted for no LT at all the last 2years.
 
I'm guessing it will be Junior Colson and I'll be disappointed again.

Hoping for DeJean, Edgerrin Cooper, Adonai Mitchell, Payton Wilson, or Jer'zhan Newton.
