My point is, it’s a dumb penalty. No way for the defender to pull up, unless they want to allow Allen to do what he did on that TD run. If the rules are unfairly in one position’s favor, take the player out. Who will it hurt worse? The Bills losing Allen or the Steelers losing whoever on defense?
