He got higher than market pay, but the titans don’t use WR at market targets.
Brown being here would just be more problems to the salary cap.
Didn’t he get the same as Metcalf and a couple of others? I don’t think he got more than market value.
And having morons for a coaching staff is a terrible argument for letting talent go.
