Why do people think DHop is always injured? The guy only missed TWO games in the 8 seasons prior to 2021. That’s the embodiment of reliability. Then he missed the second half of 2021 with a torn MCL. These things happen.

In the 9 games he played after serving his 6 month suspension, he had 717 yds and 3 TD’s which would have equated to a 1,300 yard season had he not been suspended! SO much better than anyone on the Titans last year and he had freaking Colt McCoy throwing him the ball. Watch his 2022 highlights. The guy still gets separation better than anyone on the Titans by far.

We need Hopkins more than any team in the NFL. We could show him he'd be a primary WR and get a bulk of the targets.

I watch alot of cards games because of the wife and dhop can still ball. Still gets separation and crisp routes. Easily could've got more yards but kyler wasn't throwing hom the ball as much as she should've. Was open alot to a point you can see he's getting frustrated that the ball ain't coming his way. As for run blocking who knows arizona throw more less every down.
He would be the perfect matchup with Burks. Burks stretches the field and carries multiple defenders with him, Hopkins gets all the short to medium stuff.

DHop had one of the worst run blocking grades in the NFL last year. But so did Chris Moore so clearly Ran doesn’t care about that stuff.
All that may be true, but when he didnt play in the last 2 games last season because of injury that no one believed (including the team since they cut him), that is concerning. We already have a franchise that seems to encourage players to use the injury excuse to not play and get paid, do we need another player for that?
I'm sure Tannehill is getting them all involved, the chemistry was mentioned about Burks because he's assumed the #1...if Burks is hurt, the Titans will lean on Westbrook-Ikline again lol

How much cap space is left?
Will the cost of DHop cause an issue later this year with an emergency signing if necessary?

If we want a shot to win the division and have a chance in a playoff game we NEED Hopkins. Burks should be a stud but he deserves someone on the other side this early in his career.
We have the money to make this happen too. I’d like to see us add another year on Henry’s contract and sign DHop to a 2 year deal. Next offseason we’d still have $70-80 million in cap space

Wow, that was one UGLY pass. My god that ball was moving in ways I didnt know was possible.
He helps us a lot. But ultimately, it's the same old situation for the franchise. He will be disappointed in the touches, the offense, and his career will die here. It's too predictable. He will be much more effective as a wingman to another #1, and I think happier in a more positive situation.
