I usually weigh every few days. I know there will be fluctuations that have nothing to do with real weight loss/gain though.

Ideally I’d be in the 170-175 range but I probably need to get lower so I can get rid of a little fat. Then try to gradually put on a few lbs with a lean bulk.

In reality none of that will probably happen though. Lol.
 
Came in at 203 this morning. Feb 28 will be 183. Facts LETS GO I’m taking over your thread and using it as a personal goal setter.

final weigh in: 193.0

lost 10 lb in a month feel better healthier gonna run a half marathon March 15 feel a little less top heavy. Very solid month.


PS: @TitanJeff when will I get my thread writing abilities back?
 
I just wanna say my weight gain journey was fun. From 140 to 160. So many hot pockets and burgers. 10/10 would go into psychosis and not eat for a week again to do it over.
