Down about 12 lbs since April. 10 more to get back to my fighting weight.

You guys still doing this or are we just ragging on Braverman?

I'm down for both.

I accidentally lost 12lbs. The only change to my lifestyle has been eating about 2-3oz of almonds a day for the last 4 weeks. IDK if its just that or what but thought Id share the info.

Then I turned to Google and ot turns out they may help lose weight

I’ve lost weight but I know it’s the wrong kind of weight, no gym and eating unhealthy just feelin flabby. Kinda sucks but at least I haven’t reached Jcb levels of flabby...yet
 
I was 166 this morning. I was 183 in January I was hovering around 170 when Covid popped off. Just now getting back to a decent workout routine now that the gym is back open. Some of that weight loss is definitely muscle.
