I think Tanny will be fine during the regular season, the playoffs however, this WR core will hurt us. Tanny needs someone to bail him out in the playoffs.

Not his best performance for sure, but he had a couple long run plays called back due to holding. I feel like the vanilla play calling was just as much to blame.
We just don't have any playmakers out there beyond Henry. Every yard had to be schemed the hard way.

DH looked about how I had expected. He always has slow starts and gets better as the game progresses (and even more so as the season progresses); however, they went away from him as he started to get some momentum. All in all, I thought that the players played pretty well. This loss goes 100% on the coaching staff.
I'm not nearly as concerned about Henry as some on here seem to be. It's been said, but he's known to start slow, also coming off a big injury and surgery. He looked pretty good in the second half, but lost some yards due to a stupid hold and a bad call. I think we are still looking at a 1500+ yard Henry.
Best thing for the offense is to get rid of Downing....Woods, Burks, Westbrook-Ikine etc although they aren't great, would be better with a competent OC....Vrabel needs to stop being loyal and start being reasonable
The crazy stat to me that is 18 of Henry's 21 carries were on 1st down and 10 or more to go.... he carried the ball once on a 2nd and 5, a 2nd and 3, and then his wildcat run.
Wow. I knew it was pretty bad, but seeing it like this is crazy. Can't really base Henry's performance on 18 1st down runs. Everyone knew he was running. Jeez.

Perfect play calling
We need to see Malik Willis play this year before defiding to trade Tanne. Tanne is still a pretty good QB. If we're trading him this off-season, we had better be confident Malik can lead this offense, or we'd better be trading up and selecting one of the QBs in this year's class which seems like a very good year for QBs.
