It's a what have you done for me lately league... Tannehill hasn't been great since last year's playoff game vs Cincy
He did have a good night at Lambeau in November (our last win), but he has definitely been "spotty' since 2019. That should surprise no one, since his play was spotty for his whole career prior to 2019 as well. One good season in a 12 year career so far....what are the odds of that blind squirrel finding a nut again LOL?
From a former NFL GM ( no not JRob)I understand the desire to bury Willis. But has anybody else noted that the PS QB with 8 days with the team, playing behind a horrific line, without Derrick Henry, had a game roughly equivalent to Ryan Tannehill's?
Willis and Dobbs are not the answer. But then, neither is the $38 million man heading the QB room.
In 2023, change begins at QB.
A new GM obviously won't have any ties to previous picks but there's a reason they are GMs and we are sitting on our couches in our boxers eating Doritos.
"The rule was, you always give them three years. And especially at the quarterback position, you may want to give them four. But you want to see if they're trending in the right direction. If they continue to make the same mistakes -- and no matter how hard you coach them or how much time you spent [working with them] and they still don't get it, eventually you have to say, 'OK, we're hitting our head against a brick wall here, it's time to move on."
In fairness, we have a resident GM here that is better than every other GM and he’s sitting on his couch eating Doritos. From a former NFL GM ( no not JRob)

God help us all...get ready for a piss poor staff for the foreseeable futureVrabel is the GM
Vrabel is the GM
Per AAS, there will be a GM that's in charge and Vrab will have the same amount of authority as he had with JRob.
