I was at that game with my Bucs fan friend. As a huge Winston fan I was bummed when Tampa took him, but I also knew he was the riskier pick. I bet my friend that Winston would throw a pick. Didn't know it would be a pick-6 on his first attempt.
Boy was I riding high after that game.

Great game by Levis. Loving the potential and excitement, but I'm going to temper my expectations a bit. Hopefully he doesn't get sacked in shell-shock like Mariota behind this still crappy OL.

Mariota's debut was a sham. He only threw 15 times and most of his plays were short passes that went 70 yards after the catch or quick one-read RPOs. Levis can actually sling the ball downfield.

I’m only disappointed in the tweet because of the “at least 2000” part.
I assume the guy posting didn’t finish the research to determine when the last time it was completed for the franchise or if it was the first time period.
I could certainly be wrong and it is definitely easy to Monday morning qb, but if he had caught it over his left shoulder, instead of right it would have been an inbounds play as well. I think he just turned the wrong way to catch the ball.
He only threw for 15 times because we pretty much took him out at half time. We killed the Bucs.
