Yeah, it might be to open up a roster spot too. We will see if we add a new player in the coming days. Hopefully we will have Long Jr and Evans back for the Jags anyway.
Lets be honest, Rice was hardly getting any playing time before Evans went down and Jayon came back so you're probably right.
Sidenote: Do you think all of these injuries could be a product of our guys doing that vegan BS like Derick Morgan was peddling in the locker room a while back? lolz

Rice was making more and more plays on ST and stepped up for Long nicely. There's no way this was to open up a roster spot when you could cut John Simon or whatever other street scrub.

Here’s a positive for the bye week, the officials fat Randy video from the voodoo glow skulls.
Back story is this, fat Randy (not our fat Randy) was a real person and a drunk belligerent. Voodoo glow skulls remembered him as a kid that got picked on in high school and asked for him to be in a music video (not this one, that’s not the “real” Fat Randy.
He showed up drunk and obnoxious and they couldn’t finish their video. Seaparatly he was also at a party with the VGS and got kicked out. As the class act he was, he snuck back in and s**t on their couch.
Just the funny namesake for Fat Randy. Not really a term of endearment.
Edit: bummer, didnt show up. If you like punk or ska, you’ll like the voodoo glow skulls. One of the first ska bands to also tap into the Spanish ska scene, ala Randy El gordo. You’ll have to search for fat Randy in YouTube.

Here is a positive as we come to a close to the boring bye week. Chris Simms breaks down how Vrabel and Co. we’re able to scheme against Bellecheat in the run game. Obviously TOs were their demise for the second straight week. Let’s hope they are able to clean that up, get healthier and start playing the football that got them to be the number one seed.

Bottom line, going forward they seem to have found something with the running game even without Henry. Now if they can just hold onto the damned ball.
