The Pats are apparently shopping Isaiah Wynn. He was pretty solid in 2021 according to PFF (FWIW), and they're likely only asking a late round pick for him.

At very least he's a solid NFL starter. His salary for this year is $10M, but he's in the last year of his contract. That could be useful for us as a 1 year trial to see if he's worth paying long term, or letting NPF/Radunz, or whoever else have time to show if they are or aren't the guy for the right side.

He played with a TE up his a$$ the whole game. Didn’t handle the left on his own.

That's not true. Someone did a breakdown of it on YT. Link is below. He didn't manhandle Bosa by any means, but he matched up one on one several times and performed well.

Three things:
1) No Flags Films never says he doesn’t have a lot of help
2) You can see 87 and 28 lagging back on several plays to help him out on this video
3) Tannehill is pressured a bunch as Raygunz slightly slows the rusher but still allows preassure.
Granted he seemed a ton better on the left than he does on the right, but he got a bunch a help as well.

When the roster was set at LG and RT I knew the line wasn't going to improve from 2021. At LG we have an under-sized and undrafted interior lineman who by all purposes is great depth, but not the guy you want as a 16 game starter. His competition was someone who flopped all over Seattle's line and couldn't earn steady playing time on one of the NFL's worst offensive lines that was complete and total dog shit in pass protection.

At right tackle we're witnessing a competition between a developmental prospect who was expected to learn for a year coming out of Ohio St and a boom or bust FCS project who couldn't carve out a niche in 2021.

Prepare thy anus, Tanny. Outside of a trade or finding a gem that's cut things won't be much better in 2022.

Lewan cares more about his podcast than he does being a NFL player tbh
Just because he’s better at sitting on his butt TALKING about sports/life than actually performing sports doesn’t mean he cares more about it. He’s just a below average LT and above average at his podcast.

Below average LT making Top LT money.

True. I never said he manhandled Bosa. But he was definitely matched up one on one several times and held his own. He also picked up the stunts very well without help. And this was his first significant playing time all year. So all things considered, he performed very well.

Again, it was 1 game. So it's hard to put too much emphasis on it. But he's just been so incredibly bad on the right side that you wonder how in the world he held up as well as he did vs Bosa.

Is Radunz just a LT only type of guy? He played very well against Bosa last year in his lone start (granted it was 1 start). How can you go from containing Bosa all game to getting owned by 2nd/3rd stringers in pre-season?

Radunz has been a LT throughout his high school and college career. His steps and hand placements come second nature when he is at LT. By switching to RT, he now has to think about his foot work and hand placement because they are the mirror opposite of what he has done his whole career.

Now most OTs have no problem switching sides, but obviously Radunz has struggled with the transition or just plain stinks.

Vet OTs to watch for on cut day.... Bobby Hart, LeRaven Clark, Jack Driscoll

I know the saying that you can never have too many depth pieces at DB but man we need desperate help on the OL and WR right now.
