Hold my beer and watch thisI wonder if any other team who played yesterday had this stat.
21 pass attempts? My goodness.
I think every QB in the league would look great on paper if they attempted 21 passes and 5 were beyond 10 yards.
And number 3 is on Lewan as much as it is on Saffold. Here’s all five sacks from yesterday:

Yeah, no. Lewan pushes his guy inside. Saffold doesn’t touch his guy. You’re as bad as the Mary haters. And number 3 is on Lewan as much as it is on Saffold.

Umm yeah “pushing”... rather he gets beat badly inside and doesn’t hand off the DE to Saffold to pick up the looping DT.
Saffold isn’t looking good either, but even the Bills players are saying Lewan got beat on inside move.
The Titans were 2nd in Red Zone defense in 2018 at 45%, this season they're 29th at 69%.
Drop stats through week 5-perFworfspod
Titans are 3rd in the league in Drop % with 10.3% of catchable passes being dropped.(Miami is 1st, Philly is 2nd).
They are also tied for 6th with 6 teams in Total Drops(10)
This includes all pass catchers(even OL)

Makes sense they have no chemistry.
Had Lewan practicing and playing with the 2’s and 3’s all camp and pre-season.
Just watched a FB video of every team’s longest reception.
In true titans fashion, we’re near the bottom here too.
2x 87 yards (moon to Jeffries, and joiner in 1970 from stabler?)
Anyway, Miami, Houston, and Denver are the only 3 below.
Also thought it was funny, TB has a 98 yard non-TD.

Uuuugh and only a 4 man rush on the first 4. Woof! Terrible. I would put sack one on Saffold also, although Mariota definitely could of gotten rid of it. In his defense, how in the world is this NOT defensive holding?? You see Mariota signal for it after he gets up. Don’t want to make excuses but the Zebras didn’t have a perfect day either. To his credit MM wasn’t as bad as weeks 2 and 3. My concern has and still is, can he move through his reads fast and effectively? On a day like Sunday, he didn’t stand a chance if read 1 wasn’t open. A lot of blame on the receivers too. It’s not necessarily a good thing but it is better. Still terrible. Here’s all five sacks from yesterday:

One of the few bright spots I guess offensively. Too bad the there isn’t much to show for it except we got to see how explosive AB can be when he touches the ball.
