AJ has seen the 5th fewest targets among CBs with at least 100 coverage snaps so far.
Logan Ryan so far has been ballin. Found a nice write up about him on espn. Took some key stats from the article to keep it short.
So far he has 1.5 sacks, a tackle for loss, two interceptions and six pass deflections, with the latter figure tying for the league lead. With Ryan as its lead corner in the slot, Tennessee has allowed a passer rating of just 62.8 to slot targets this season, the second-best figure in the league.
Advanced metrics also love Ryan's play. The NFL's Next Gen Stats project that targets thrown at Ryan should have been completed 61.8% of the time. Instead, those passes have been completed just 46.2% of the time; the resulting 15.6% difference is the third best in football among corners with 100 snaps in coverage or more.

Same ol song. Rinse,repeat.
PFF directly attributed 3 of the 5 sacks on the Oline:
-2 to Saffold
-1 to N. Davis
-That's 5 sacks allowed by Safford in 5 games, more than he allowed the last two seasons combined (4).

The #Titans are one of just 6 teams since the merger to have 1 or fewer turnovers through 5 games. Those teams were a combined 22-8 in those games (with the ‘19 Titans and ‘98 Bengals being the only 2 that didn’t start at least 4-1).
The other 5 teams that started this way were a combined 20-5 through 5 weeks and then finished 20-35 the rest of the way with only the ‘10 Jets having a winning record over the final 11 games.
The ‘98 Bengals — who also started 2-3 — finished 3-13.

Really surprised Landry didn't grade better. He was really active. And on pace for a productive season.
Per PFF, here are how the Titans fared on their Dropbacks versus Pressure.
The #Titans dropped back 31 times(22 Pass Attempts + 5 Sacks + 4 Qb Scrambles)

You’re going to have to work really hard to find that. Zero sacks were on Lewan yesterday.Thats not right at least one sack was squarely on Lewan

Interesting
Here’s all five sacks from yesterday:
All five sacks by the Bills against the Titans | Week 5
Sack 1, Mariota took his drop back, bounced around, tried to run.. sack on him.
Sack 2, Saffold was owned with a spin move.
Sack 3, Mariota didnt throw the ball at the end of his drop back.
Sack 4, Davis lost his man.
Sack 5, Mariota did not throw the ball, even wasted time with a pump fake.
Now, Mariota can avoid blame on any of those 3, but the reality is, he could have made plays on all 3 and did not. Were those sacks on him? Maybe not, but would a real qb have avoided those sacks? Most likely.

I wonder if any other team who played yesterday had this stat.Per @PFF, Mariota:

5 passes over 10 yards is pretty shocking as well. I understand that there were some ugly reps for the line, but 11 pressures on 31 drop backs is not that bad and expected against a defense like Buffalo.I wonder if any other team who played yesterday had this stat.

Wait, how far was the 1st pass to Delanie? And I thought the one to Davis had a little bit of distance too.
