I'm buying it. Only console I ever bought on release was PS2.

Just bought my PS4 last year... not buying a PS5 until I "have to".

FF7 was why I bought a PS1 in the first place... even bought the game on pre-order at Toys-R-Us, had a great T-shirt. Wore it until it disintegrated.

I had a FF7 strategy guide that I can't find anywhere... it was actually cleverly written by a guy that genuinely loved that game AND, in the Foreword, said how he hated guides that would spoil things... so he wrote it in a way that you could avoid spoilers and enjoy "the ride".

It had amazing Materia Combos and everything.

Can't find it anywhere. It was an amazing guide.

Just got Outer Wilds(not World's) on PSN the other day.

One of the best games I've ever played. Highly recommend to anyone, but especially if you are into SciFi/mystery/puzzle games.

Bought Octopath Traveler for the switch over the weekend. I really didn't wanna spend more on the switch yet but wanted a long-term single player game that I could have for the handheld use of the switch.

This game is great if you like turn based RPGs, battle system is very very good and all 8 characters have their own storylines, and I believe based on who is in your party at the time of events the stories unfold differently.

I'm only about 3 hours in but highly suggest this to people who like these types of games.

There are also rumors swirling of Persona 5 coming to switch soon, I'm hoping they are true, that will be my next purchase.

FF7 Demo

Graphically very nice. Of course the story will be there but the combat is up in the air imo. Take some getting use to.

It’s not hard at all. I haven’t played any recent FF games so I don’t know how the modern ones play but the closest thing I can compare it to is Kingdom Hearts but not as much button mashing.

It’s real time but when you go to cast a spell or launch a special attack/potion the game slows way down into like bullet time.

You can change characters on the fly mid combat. In the Demo you can only use Barrett and Cloud. Barrett has ranged attacks and Cloud is hack and slash.

The point appears to attack enemies to stagger them so you can deal greater damage. Certain enemies are more vulnerable to certain attacks and spells causing them to stagger and then you can deal heavy damage.

I’ll definitely buy it based purely on the nostalgia factor alone but it is actually pretty fun and playing the demo makes me want to download the original and play it again.

This is just an early demo. I’m betting the combat is way deeper and fulfilling than what we got in the demo. It’s not bad by any means, just different.

man i really hate call of duty normally but that new warzone battle royale is amazing

i cannot wait until they add slightly bigger squads. i think squads of 5 could be great with 150 players in

Warzone got quads today in season 3!

Gotta pretend like this is exciting so I can ignore the fact I gotta wait a year for FF7 :drunk:
Quads is shit fest, now I understand why they started with trios. They need solo, duos, and trios and that's it. Playing with 3 randoms is rough, they all go down it's you vs 4.

restarted fallout 76 since they did the update, and there is actually stuff to do now!

honestly its as good as a normal fallout game now, i have no complaints.

it's actually a little harder than regular fallouts though, which i think is a good thing. has that survival feel to it.
