NFL Network's Albert Breer says the Titans are now ready to draft Oregon QB Marcus Mariota at No. 2 overall.

Breer confirms the Titans have "fielded offers, but nothing worth for moving yet." He adds that GM Ruston Webster is not too interested in acquiring a pick in the back half of the first round. Chip Kelly currently holds the No. 20 selection.
