Apparently Yes , BUT hopefully Titans don't Titan anymore when it comes to CB's playing far from the LOS.

Why would a FA WR sign with the Titans?
Titans will have to trade for a WR like they did last yr or draft one. No decent FA WR is going to choose to play in a run first system unless they get way over payed
Maybe he will fit in then
At this point, I will need to see the Titans run an offense that actually maximizes a WR's skills before I even care about drafting or acquiring one.
