Never really cared for either Chark or Campbell.
Better off drafting a WR in the later rounds and getting just as much production than those 2.

Titans had 24 players slated to become free agents. Ran only re-signed long snapper Morgan Cox and let the other 23 hit the market while cutting 6 more players. Kinda tells you what he though of the roster he inherited.
That has been the strategy for years and it hasn’t worked. We need proven NFL receivers that are more reliable than a rookie in the 3rd/4th roundNever really cared for either Chark or Campbell.

what about the other 30 street FA scrubs Titans played ???
Enjoying those paychecks in Jamaica that they got while filling in for the IR starters.
When that money runs dry, back to working at Kroger.

And you think Chark and Campbell are "proven"?
There's a reason Chark couldn't make it on the Jags or Lions, same goes for Campbell and the Colts. The Colts literally have 1 reliable WR and Campbell still couldn't cut it.
The problem is that no young proven NFL receiver wants to play for the Titans offense. So our only choices are to get them from the draft or a trade. That has been the strategy for years and it hasn’t worked. We need proven NFL receivers that are more reliable than a rookie in the 3rd/4th round
I really hope we avoid WR in the first end unless we trade way down. We have to hit with this pick and get instant production… in my book it is OL or CB…
I hope we do find a late round WR that can get 1100 yds and 6 tdsNever really cared for either Chark or Campbell.

One of the best titans WR was a FA signing and when there was no QB. Nate Washington did awesome and as far as I can tell, is a fan favorite. The problem is that no young proven NFL receiver wants to play for the Titans offense. So our only choices are to get them from the draft or a trade.

It’s just the right guys that need selected and not 40 year old Randy Moss. Delanie
Delanie Walker, although TE, was the best titans WR for like 3 years.
eric Decker had a minimal impact but did have impact.
Robert woods started showing up later in the year, just the massive paycheck was out of whack.
edit: I do agree on not taking WR in the 1st. TN should pretty much never do that.

Titans traded for Robert Woods.
I can certainly see TE being drafted, but not at #11 when we already have Chig.
The strategy for years has been to sign washed up former pro-bowlers and back fill with UDFAsThat has been the strategy for years and it hasn’t worked. We need proven NFL receivers that are more reliable than a rookie in the 3rd/4th round
That’s true and someone on this thread loved the Matthews mariota connection.Hey now, Rishard Matthews was pretty good first us too.
Honestly forgot woods was traded for. Remove him from my list because I meant to refer to FA only and we got fleeced with that trade.Titans traded for Robert Woods.

Those low deals on guys coming off major injury hoping they return to superstar form but on a low contract.
That was the JRob special.
