I agree with most of this. The first INT was egregious, Julio was wide open and that ball should have been thrown well before Julio made his break. Instead Tannehill, who had a clean pocket, sat there and waited until Julio nearly finished his break to make that throw.

The only area I disagree with is the third INT. He forced that ball to NWI who was well covered. To me, that pass was just as bad as the first INT.

I looked at it again and you’re right, coverage was very tight and he forced it.

So here's my realistic plan to move on.

2022 is a lost cause. We can't get out from Tannehill.

So we trade our 2022 first for a 2023 first and another pick to a team likely to suck. Build ammo for the 2023 draft.

After 2022, we can dump Tannehill, Julio, lewan, Saffold, etc.

Keep our young talent. Draft line with what picks we have. Be ready to get our guy in 2023.

Basically a soft reboot. It's the best option I see.

It's what's gonna happen, yeah.

Well be upper end of mediocre lower end of good for the foreseeable future. Never able to actually get a legit qb that opens a window for a long time.

Weve seen this show before.
Chiefs did it for years until they saw their guy in mahomes and made the move. Hopefully we can do the same.
