I feel it’s worth a shot. We always get burned with these aging, prior WR superstars, be we need to do something. Just rolling out with arguably the worst WR room in the NFL more than likely assures us an unbearably ugly season.
Who knows, maybe we catch a little lightning in a bottle. I could see where a DHop that is just 80% of his former self with Burks, Chig, Phillips (should he take a nice little step) and Henry could make some noise.

Watch the last 30 minutes of Stillmans show on YouTube yesterday. Jordan Schulz who broke the story of DHop leaving Tennessee (and has an in with DHop) went on the show and said Dhops plan all along was to make a few visits before deciding. He said Tennessee has a very good chance still of signing DHop after a great visit. DHop wanted to see what was out there, and Vrable wants to make sure Dhop WANTS to play for Tennessee. Definitely worth a listen.
None of this makes sense. Why would the Titans pay so much for a position that doesn't really fit their philosophy on offense? Why would a high profile receiver want to come here to block and be a decoy? Are they just trying to trick everyone into thinking that they are going to pass more this year.... again?
