The game where the jags had all the momentum in the 2nd half and were 1 yard short of making it a 31-26 game with 10 minutes to go. I'm not sure you remember that game much.
I'll make this simple for you.
We had Henry, Julio, and AJ vs the Bills, Chiefs, and Rams wins.
We had Henry and AJ for both games vs the Seattle and Colts wins.
We had AJ for the Saints win.
We lacked AJ and Julio for the Jets, Texans, and Patriots losses.
We aren't hung up on the losses over the wins, it's because we literally need our good players to win games consistently. I'd rather not play Jacksonville with a skeleton crew on offense if we don't have to.
We know we can get the run game going without Henry now. Getting the passing game going again will be huge. I like the idea of having two seasoned veterans out there this week in Julio and Golden, as opposed to the getalong gang we had at WR vs the Pats.
On defense, getting back Long Jr, Evans, Tart, Adeniyi and Cruikshank will also be big.

The game vs Jacksonville was never close. It was never in jeopardy no matter how you try and spin it. I’ll make it even simpler for YOU. They did score whether they were 1 yard or 99 yards, It wasn’t 31-26. The Titans were just 1 yard short of trying the Rams in the Super Bowl but they didn’t. IF IF IF IF…. The Titans were really close to tying the Jets. they didn’t. If you take away the turnovers the Titans beat the Patriots and Texans. IF IF IF IF.
We did NOT have Henry in the Rams game. Henry broke his foot in the Colts game or maybe the game before that. He wasn’t the same. He ran for just 68 yards.
The Titans can lose this game. If they do the season is in trouble. It’s at home. they have had a bye to get ready and heal up. The Jags are bad. Vrabel will have them ready, I’d rather have Henry back. I’d rather not have the historic injuries this team has had.

Playoffs are more important than a game against the 2-10 Jags
My point is if we can't beat the Jags, we don't deserve to be a playoff team...Julio hasn't helped yet why not sit him for one more game

It's the NFL, good teams lay an egg against bad teams all the time. But we don't have that luxury anymore. We need wins and anybody who can help us win this game needs to be out there. I promise you no competent head coach is going to sit out a player because "we shouldn't need him to win this week".
We tend to own the Jags…. Well, at least Henry does for sure.
But no Henry this time and after the past two weeks I can’t say that I’m not nervous. We have had a real nasty habit of losing games to bad teams. Let’s hope that we’re a little healthier and mentally refreshed. We have to take care of business.

I'm not saying sit him because we don't need him...we haven't had him yet anyway...I'm saying sit him because sure as sh*t if he does come back too soon he will come up lame and we won't have him for the playoffs
I think Westbrook, Hilliard, Firkser and Freeman can give us enough to win this game...worked well against NE, a better team...the key is turnovers not having Part-time Julio back
Hell Golden Tate could probably give us what Julio has so far
How's it unreal? Has this team shown you anything different? Oh you must be looking back to those games we won against playoff teams when we had Henry our entire offense. Tanny has shown nothing, he's shown he can't get wins against bad teams or good teams he's shot he's done. Like I said before I think we lose out the season but still make the playoffs as a wildcard and we lose that weekend. Pats are getting the #1 seed. If we win great I'll gladly be wrong but I don't see it not with this team especially our offense.
We're not losing out the season...need to get healthy but vs the Jags the more important thing is protect the ball..no turnovers ..I think Hilliard, Freeman, Westbrook etc can get us through. Tannehill needs to be better regardless of who the WRs are...he's the "franchise QB"? Play like it
I expect the Titans to come out and dominate the Jags. Will they? That's the question. If they come out sleep walking I'll be pretty pissed. We need to start actually dominating teams, not barely beating them every game.
