Damn... can't believe how close I was in my prediction!
Called the Titans barely by 3.
Emphasis on the "barely".
I knew this team wouldn't knock out a flailing team... always playing down to their competition.

They were the original Kardiac Kids. For what
Bet game for game, at this pace, we probably have a smaller point margin and 4/5 games have ended on the last play, or very close to.
I thought it was a good call too. A 1-4 team, against a division rival, that the D also has had trouble stopping, you go for the win.I still don't think the Romero 2 PT try was all that bad.. They convert that, they win.
Coincidentally, I said Vrabel should go for 2 in regulation.
Would've been nice to go up 28-10 and seal the game, but I'll take this heart attack win anytime.
This is something that I noticed so far this season.
We get the first half kickoff = We win by the skin of our teeth.
We get the second half kickoff = We blow out the opposition.
Sloppy. Lots of penalties. Bad defense. But man it feels good to be 5-0!!!!

I’ll take a win over a loss any day. But this game should have never turned into a nail biter. We had them under complete control and then just about gave this one away.
I just hope that we find a solution to this defense. We can’t count on the offense to put up 30-40 points every game.

No way we should've went for a 2 PT try right there. No way in hell..
I overreacted in the shoutbox. But we really need our defense to get it figured out. Outside of Simmons and Laundry, we're fielding a team of cardboard cut outs! We all knew that the Texans weren't as bad as their record but we made them look unstoppable! Thank god BDH brought his A game today because we were screwed without it.
Kudos to the scrappy bunch who refused to lose today. 5-0 with 3 last second wins. Clearly, this team is not without problems, but I guess that is true for the majority of teams. Disappointing to see the defense not able to slow down the Texans in the second half. Disappointing to miss two field goals that normally are made by most NFL kickers most of the time. Still, the defense did stop the two point conversion try after two of the Texan TDs and in the end, that allowed the Titans to tie the game with an XP kick with 4 seconds to go.
Huge game for Henry with 212 yards rushing (2 TDs) and that great 53 yard pass reception which he caught behind the line of scrimmage in the overtime TD drive. McNichols gained 51 in 5 carries backing up Henry. Tannehill threw for 364 and 4 TDs. Firkser did a great job after Smith was hurt and ended up being the only receiver over a hundred yards receiving today.
Without a doubt, there is work to be done to shore up the defense. I fear had the Texans won the toss, it might have gone just the opposite way. But we will never know since the Titans did win the toss and did win the game.
Bottom line, a win and that is always great.

Firk BALLED the hell out today..
You'll still find some goons on here that will say McNichols is garbage. Dude is good and will only get better.
Arts gone after this year someone’s going to snag him up to be their head coach!
Just read an article about that. So unfortunate, hopefully we can replace him and Vrabel won’t try to be HC/DC/OC lol
Something is seriously wrong with our defense we can't keep playing this bend but not break crap.
This defense is just like the Texans defense while Vrabel was there dead last.

@Riverman said time after time on here that Firkser would be good for us.. He's been right so far.
I think McNichols deserves a shoutout, he balled today! It was nice to see another RB stepping up!

I thought the defense would be great this year with Clowney, Simmons, Byard and Evans. Maybe it will come together later in the season.
It seems like Evans only comes to play in goalline situations.
