I wasn't a big Mularkey and Robiskie fan and hated that hire but got damn how the F were those dinosaurs better than Vrabrel and Art!

I hope at a minimum he’s learning from some “rookie” (as in 1st coaching job) mistakes. Unfortunately by some of the play calling (especially 4th downs) tell me he’s not.
Yep when he keeps going to the same plays that don't work that tells me all I need to know.
The screens to Henry have so much potential to break for huge plays yet we keep going away from it? Bring in Lewis to try it and it fails constantly.
I get that we can’t consistently call screens but I’ll never understand why Lewis has a uniform.

I know! We regressed yearly with Vrabel but were trending as playoff contenders with Mularkey. I hate saying that. If Mularkey would have just canned Robiskie...
Vrabel is a defensive coach. That's his strength. The OC and OL Coach need to go.
Replacing Mularkey wasn't the wrong move if you believed he had hit his ceiling. Howevwr, replacing him with a rookie head coach who is basically running the same offense, only a more incompetent version, is the biggest miss by J-Fraud.
His defense wasn't that great in his one season as the Texans DC. After Vrabel left their defense improved. I think Vrabel has very little to do with the defense being good. The defense was already above average before Vrabel became head coach. Pees just made it better than Labeau was able to.

This franchise is officially boned now. We won't pick high enough to draft the qb of the future in all likelihood. And even if we manage to get one, hell be shackled to a paste eating retard offense and bad Oline.
