You need 2 teams for a trade and he's making a bunch of money. Plus you have Rodgers who will be someone's first choice and Jimmy G will definitely end up as someone's starting QB. Plus Baker Mayfield potentially.
If the Jets, Commanders, or Falcons don't want him, I don't see where else he fits. Panthers probably drafting a QB. Bucs have no money. He ain't going back to Miami. Raiders seem like they are either Rodgers or Jimmy G.
I can't imagine a scenario in which we restructure him.
Teams always meet with the top QBs in the draft even if they have their QB already. Putting feelers out on trades happens all the time too.

zero reason to release T17 at this time as in none
would be dumber than calling a play with WR7 on the field and then being surprised when the ball goes towards WR7 because throwing lanes are covered elsewhere ( possible... just cause someone is open dont mean the ball can get to them ) Or the TE is 100% a decoy only there to clear the area where your play designed for WR7 is supposed to go...

Feel bad for that team. They need to start working on the backup before they even sign Jimmy G as starter. it’s already an assumed point that “Jimmy G as starter” means like 6 weeks. Those other 11 games need someone to check the rock.
Even if a team already has a QB, sometimes they look for the potential replacement a couple years down the road, consider Jordan Love’s situation, Jalen Hurts’s situation, the like 3-4 QBs that got starting gigs elsewhere waiting for Brady to die, etc.
I’m just gonna say that when I see a successful screen, I remember it. And with guys like Julio Jones, AJ Brown, NWI, the water boy, the guy in the 3rd row of the seats, etc, I’m finding a way to force the ball to Rogers, surprisingly lower on the depth chart than #7 NWI.
I specifically love forcing him the ball after running 4 plays for 65+ yards with the best RB in the game.
that is what good OC’s do. They find ways to get the ball to guys that don’t belong on the field.

Keep Henry and get his best in a contract year and then you can decide to tag him if you see that he isn't over the hill yet or you can let him hit the market and sign a deal that will bring us back a comp pick.

Most RBs lose a step and get 900-1000 yds....Henry loses a step and gets 1500...he's not done...just a down year lol
And behind one of the worst olines he's been behind and the worst production from the rest of the offense also.
Most teams would love to get 1500 yards and double digit TDs out of their RB in a GOOD year.
I’d say they do, but what about generational players? Henry is certainly one of those types of players. Definitely not a better time to use that. I’d just like to keep him! Think we are less without him. We’ve always been a pounding team- pretty much our identity, even with CJ. We had a whale! It was awesome, problem was a serviceable QB. I get what peeps are saying- honestly I do. We have to draft a QB right? 3/5 right? FA maybe- Squirrel would be terrible to roll with behind Tammy. Skill sets couldn’t be further apart! That was a bad pick. Guess we pick like carrion birds off a pile.
