All of that looks totally reasonable until you get to the Browns losing to the Jets.

I really don’t see a scenario in which the Bills will be given the luxury to rest their starters....if they lose a game they very likely lose the #2 seed.

you are correct that they have clinched the division, but that just guarantees them either the 2,3,or 4 seed. Currently they are the 2 seed which means that they would be playing at home for the 1st and 2nd rnd of the playoffs....as the 3rd seed they would have to go on the road in the 2nd rnd unless the 2 seed got upset by the 7th seed.
