It’s usually not a good idea to hire someone thats already been fired after one season.
Phillips will kill it with tannehill. I drafted him in a salary dynasty rookie draft. Now he's looking good as returner too. The Line and Willis look like garbage.

Until Downing gone we will do nothing. Defense great but they could get the running game going and help willis but they are not.
Indeed. The whole plan so far tonight on offense is evaluating Willis. They're trying to force him to stay in the pocket and throw the ball. And for the most part, that's not really happening as it has been a combination of bad o-line and Willis bailing too quickly.

Took almost the entire first half, but Willis finally stood in the pocket and delivered the football for a TD. But it has been a rough night for him.
It looked good, I'd like to see him play some more. Hopefully he's just settling in, and finding his groove.
