What separates him from those in this category? It's not production, efficiency, win %, or any other factor unless you look strictly at SB victoriesTannehill isn't elite, really good but not elite.

Henry / CookRushing Title update Week 14
Henry / Cook
1317 / 1250
+215 / +102
1532 / 1352
180 Lead with 3 to go.
1532 / 1352
+147 / +132
1679 / 1484
Expanded the lead to 195 with 2 games to go. Rushing title looking extremely well.
2K race, with 147 he was short of the needed YPG for the last 3 BUT he's 321 shy of the mark. GB can be rushed on and we know he put up a 200+ earlier on Houston so it's not entirely out of the question yet.
He need 161 YPG over the next 2.
With 15 rushing TDs he is now only 3 away from tying the franchise record (18) with Earl Campbell.
He tied the Titans record set by Lendale White at 15.
Edited with correct Cook yds.

King Henry is the focal point of our offense. There's 4 elite quarterbacks: Maholmes, Rodgers, Wilson, and a healthy Brees. Tannehill is a tier below those guys.

Yards and attempts.
The Titans offense is as balanced as it can be....this year we have run 906 offensive plays

Adoree had a whopping 89.3 coverage grade on 28 snaps. Welcome back kid!
Years doing it....I think elite is earned over years not games or 1-2 seasonsWhat separates him from those in this category? It's not production, efficiency, win %, or any other factor unless you look strictly at SB victories
He's certainly on his way

Can we start to talk about the 2019 draft being possibly the best in Titans history.
Jeffrey Simmons - pro bowl caliber
AJ Brown - pro bowl caliber
Nate Davis - legit starter
Amani Hooker - future starter
David Long Jr. - likely future starter

Pit isn't even on there except 10th in TD.. talk about being carried by the defense

Our OL coach needs a raise. Tannehill pressured only 4 times all game. Sacked once. Patchwork OL group. Remember last year, the 8-9 sack games? Yes, some of those sacks were on Mariota holding onto the ball for too long. But opposing teams were able to get significant pressure every single week.
So there is no such thing as an elite season? Wouldn't you say Jamal Lewis had an elite season? In that season, he was "elite".The length of time at the top of the league.
I said it earlier, elite is used too often. THill with 2 excellent seasons cannot have reached a status of elite. Just not possible in 2 seasons to do it and I wouldn't say that his time in Miami added anything to the argument.
