'Star Trek' star Anton Yelchin dies at 27 in freak car collision
Jesus... Everyone is dying. I liked this dude... Thought he and Larry's magician feud in Curb Your Enthusiasm was great too.

What other family friendly movies was it up against?Finding Dory made $137 million domestically on opening weekend.

If my kids were old enough, I'd take them. Pixar is a safe bet.

What's wrong with that?
Nothing. Just sticker shock, mostly. I wasn't prepared to see "$137 million" when I logged in to RT today. What's wrong with that?
Just finished. Good. Damn good.O.J.: Made in America. I'm 2/5 of the way through. Definitely recommend.
I spent 10 hours of the last three days watching it and I gladly would have watched ten more hours of it.
Please change Avatar back to the terribly old one of Mario that TJ asked everyone to get rid of...... I don't know who you are anymore!I actually thought the F13 reboot was decent fun. I honestly liked it better than several of the original run. Didn't really mind RZ Halloween either. Elm Street was indeed terrible though.
Can't wait to see it. WednesdayFinding Dory made $137 million domestically on opening weekend.

Looks like Kung-fu Panda 3 and BvS are the only real aberrations. Interesting.
Kung Fu Panda was a marketing disaster from what I've been able to gather. They made it look like a cash grab without much heart, when it was actually pretty good.Looks like Kung-fu Panda 3 and BvS are the only real aberrations. Interesting.
BvS was money in the bank, no matter the reviews.
saw that new Independence Day movie last night
save yourselves the money and just rewatch the first one

I watched maze runner 2 scorch trials. I "liked" the first one, I mean it was fine, it wasn't special or good but it was alright.
I really liked the 2nd one as really good schlock. It had some neat dystopian scenery and some cool parts. I liked when they were drugged and how that was portrayed. Nobody was really a character in the movie, everybody was a caricature. It had some great b-ish level actors like Alan tudyk from firefly, littlefinger from game of thrones, Gus fring from breaking bad.
Recommended as sci fi dystopian schlock that can be laughed at but also enjoyed for some scenes. Cheasy ass dialogue too.
