I don’t think the Titans are very good at creating contracts. Not sure Vin Marino is the cap expert he’s supposed to be. All these other teams can always sign anyone they want with stacked rosters and we don’t have room for anyone with holes all over our roster.
I could never figure out why the hell all these teams kept just handing over millions to him! He wasn't that good and always injured but regardless he kept getting team after team paying him.
