If it was all about the love for Pittsburgh...why a 1 year deal...? He clearly wants a big year to nab a big contract in 12 months time
If Anthony Miller were a free agent, I wouldn't mind getting him. I'd hate to trade anything for him.
I'm not sure what the wide reciever class looks like but id be cool with giving up a 3rd for him. 2nd might be a bit much even though he's probably worth it considering he's undoubtedly better (right now) than most the rookies that will be drafted in the 2nd. Id hate to have to rely on a rookie to be our #2. Unless we plan on drafting one in the 1st round(which we could).
Hell maybe we do something like trade for oj howard or ertz instead. Who knows. Their cap hits might not allow that though.

I started to type Anthony Miller in google and it autofilled "bears disappointment".

Why? That is literally what AJ Brown was 2 years ago.

Lol damn.
Lies though look at the team, the qb and the coach. His numbers weren't even that bad either.

What are the chances we find another aj brown in the 2nd round? Like I said I don't know much about this wr class, but I'd say the chances of us getting that lucky again are quite low. Not to mention we have alot of other things that need to be addressed.
A little competition can change your view on things...heard they were after Watson but that was before the mighty Red Rifle signingRobinson isnt dumb, he saw other WR's tkaing 1 year deals for $10m or less and realised pretty quickly that signing the tag for $18m was his best move.
What are the bears doing though....why tag a WR and then go sign Dalton, and release 2 of your best defensive players. They also have like pick 20 so no chance to get one of the top QBs this year in the draft.
Agree...we are talking about a #2...I'm sure we will draft a WR in 3 or 4 but you're right, whats the chances of finding another AJ Brown? What are the chances we find another aj brown in the 2nd round? And even top rookie WRs can be a gamble.
I would have loved to sign JuJu but moving on to who else is out there...Miller wouldn't be a bad choice....rather that than an older injury prone vet like Jeffrey or Watkins
I did, I missed you too muchI thought you had me on ignore? Lol
But I mean if he knows more than Schefter he should’ve known where JuJu was going.
Schefter had JuJu going to the Jets didn't he?
Curious if his hands are literally held out to see which one gets filled first.ProFootballTalk's Mike Floria reports Kenny Golladay wants $18.5 million per year.
Wow. How many names pop up when you reverse that though?I started to type Anthony Miller in google and it autofilled "bears disappointment".
Curious if his hands are literally held out to see which one gets filled first.
He isn’t getting that in actual money. That would make him the 5th highest paid WR in the game, He isn’t that good,
This made me LOL for reals. Pure gold!Curious if his hands are literally held out to see which one gets filled first.
So you got the reference? He isn’t getting that in actual money. That would make him the 5th highest paid WR in the game, He isn’t that good,
What’s all the hype behind Golladay? He only had like 400 yards receiving this year and like two average 1k seasons before that. What makes everyone want him?
Who says it has to be another AJ?What are the chances we find another aj brown in the 2nd round? Like I said I don't know much about this wr class, but I'd say the chances of us getting that lucky again are quite low. Not to mention we have alot of other things that need to be addressed.
My point was literally 2 years ago we drafted AJ Brown who started the season as our #2. No one was panicking about that.
Obviously he turned into a #1 after 1 season, but again thats not really my point.
2 1K seasons makes him better than around 95% of all titans WR ever. Our bar is low. What’s all the hype behind Golladay? He only had like 400 yards receiving this year and like two average 1k seasons before that. What makes everyone want him?
He had an injury plagued year but from 2018 to 2019 he improved his yards and TDs, he has talent...not worth 18 million, when other WRs are signing for 12 ...thats why Robinson signed the franchise tag quicklyWhat’s all the hype behind Golladay? He only had like 400 yards receiving this year and like two average 1k seasons before that. What makes everyone want him?
