I legit think Callahan would have interest in trading up for him. We know how he favors WRs over OL and the Bengals took a big risk with an injured Chase. Ran also comes from a program that values WRs and clearly isn't afraid of taking chances with draft capital (even though it doesn't look like San Fran has the best track record with recent offensive picks).
