We've seen what Chig can do when he's involved. Sadly, he'd be a pro bowler with another offense.

I’ve said many times Downing is worse than Robiskie, and he literally is.
Robiskie is made out to be worse than he was because people still want to believe Mariota wasn’t a bad QB.
I think we can all say it comes to no surprise downing is statiscally worse than robiskie. Both are just infuriating to watch.

The Downing hire is just so weird, like everyone knew he was no good in Oakland. What rationale was there to give him the keys
Was he not our te coach prior to the promotion. Vrabs obviously thought he'd transition easily enough after being under Arthur Smith. Our tight ends weren't really good for the 2 years he had the room aswell coming to think of it.
Because Vrabel doesn’t believe playcalling matters as long as you execute the play correctly

A good coach conforms to the players strengths, makes round pegs fit into square holes, and all that stuff. We haven't had any of that.
