Having QB figured out goes a long way. But Billy B is the GM though, so he is literally in charge of all personnel decisions. Obviously Brady was the reason for much of their success, but all those weapons he brought in for Brady over the years and those elite defenses that supported Brady were all built by Billy B.
You are right that we need more talent. But a HC that refuses to make changes when necessary has got to take the blame as well.

The funny part is some on here say we got the number 1 seed while setting records for injuries etc, to justify Vrabel being a good HC. Well ok then, that's means you have 3rd stringers guys off the streets playing correct? That's lack of talent no? What has changed? Vrabel did it before, won with lack of talent, why can't he now?

a couple names I know changed but none are dramatic team performance guys. AJ Brown is the only name that has that type of impact but how he was used in TN has been almost stat for stat replaced with Hopkins.
and also B11 was not a Titan last season on games 1-10 getting to 7-3... nor has he been a part of 3-13 since 7-3

Ben Jones was around getting us to 6-3 last yr and then got concussed and missed 2 games and then got concussed and sent to IR.... 1-4 without Ben Jones last yr and 3-7 without him this yr.
I knew Jones was actually a big loss, did not look at what games he had missed.
Correlation for the current losers streak is not just a loss of Jones but pretending Brewer is an acceptable replacement.
Also- each game exposed how to dismantle our offense. Blitz, delay blitz, run blitz, disguised blitz. Once the secret was out- every team doing the same.
No coach wins with this OL.

it’s fine, take a page out of biscuit’s book, put a 6th lineman or TE to help keep Levis alive and even slightly slow down the pass rush that has zero issue blitzing every play.
This is a HC issue not JUST the OL.
We can blame JRob for it all, he definitely deserves blame, but we've won 3 games since he was fired...Ran made OL changes and it's still an issue. Vrabel with his merry band of yes men doesn't help.

Schwartz was too smart for Vrabel...I said a few seasons ago that Vrabel's arrogance will be his downfall

Yep, seems to me Schwartz was going to run his defense the way he thought it needed to be ran and Vrabel couldnt deal with him not kissing his ass.
I disagree. What are you going to counter? We can’t effectively control the blitz. You’ll get your QB killed.
