Agreed, this delusion going around that there is zero heat on Vrabes seat is beyond me.I think Vrabel will put some serious thought in this signing. IF he picks wrong and the OC isn’t good it would likely be his butt that gets fired.
IMO vrable is safe short of losing the lockeroom
but I see zero chance of that happening
if he pulls a munchak and just hires his buddies as coaches

granted munchak was done wrong by the late, late firing of fishface and his first staff was literally bums nobody else wanted

I hope Schwartz doesn't leave....I'd hire him over Bowen
COACHING INTERVIEWS
COACHING INTERVIEWS
- Jim Schwartz, Tennessee Titans senior defensive assistant, is set to interview for the Browns' defensive coordinator position on Wednesday, the first candidate to be interviewed for the opening, the team announced
What are the odds on Luke Steckel? Vrabel loves him some te coaches.
Want: Frank Reich, Kliff Kingsbury, Brian Hartline.
Who it'll probably be: Pep Hamliton, Bill O'Brien, Tim Kelly, Luke Steckel (last two already assistant coaches.)

I see news on every other team doing interviews or asking for interviews etc for their open positions. Never see much about the Titans. But that's pretty much par for course with any Titans news on the major sports news outlets. No one cares.I find it interesting that when the season ended, all kinds of names flew out concerning GM candidates. Not a peep on the OC side. This tells me they most likely only looking internally again. Obviously I could be wrong. They have a lot on their plate right now with so many assistant positions open.
No it’s just that all of our “insider” reporters have absolutely sucked since Jim Wyatt went to work for the Titans. He used to know everything before it happened. There’s literally not one person covering the Titans now who’s not a poser.I see news on every other team doing interviews or asking for interviews etc for their open positions. He is from the Shanahan/SF coaching treeMike LaFluer?

Wyatt literally has to have everything spoonfed to him - and the only reason Vrabel or whoever gives him 'extensive' answers is strictly because he's on the Titans direct payroll.
Literally Turron is the only one providing anything of substance --- A to Z is just a bunch of spoiled brat University of Tennessee alumni who think everything football related rises and sets in the backyard of the SEC, Paul K is just a villain who tries to stir the pot for clicks and listens, and I've never seen anything from the infamous 'Teresa' that Vrabel giggles with all the time, so there isn't much bearing there.
Bienemy would be incredible! Would have to be OC/assistant head coach to leave KC.
If we transformed into more of an Andy Reid style offense, I would be ecstatic.
Mecole Hardman and JuJu are both FA as wellIf we transformed into more of an Andy Reid style offense, I would be ecstatic.
Hardeman yes, JuJu no.Mecole Hardman and JuJu are both FA as well
Find it hard to believe Bienemy doesn't get a HC gig this coming season or him making a lateral move. When was the last time there was an OC lateral move?

When we hired Matt LeFleur.
The parallels would be there given the Bienemy has been passed over the last few off-seasons. If he believes that staying in Reid and Mahomes shadows has a negative effect on his stock then I could see how he'd do it.
