The Bears signed Quinn to a 5yr 70mil with 30mil guaranteed...then released Floyd who was due to make 13mil...
He took a considerable step back this past year. Still solid, but he wasn't a top tier player. And he's 30 years old. The Titans may absolutely think 13 million is too much to pay for him.

Colts are going to be a problem. Rivers will do what brisket could not, sling the ball around and their D got better to. I hate this.
I didn’t realize teams could cut a guy before that hit the cap. Definitely should have picked up Conk’s option if we can cut him before that 5th year.

Rivers was garbage last year with a better set of weapons. I’m not terribly worried.
More competent than Brisket plus you know we always struggle vs colts anyways
I’m not so quick to pass off Rivers as completely done. I think he still has something left and definitely something to work for.

Rivers is an upgrade for them but he isn't the Rivers from years past and they still don't have many weapons.
