I’m sure the Owner(s) care(s)Does that co against cap or something?
who cares what the coach makes?
Well if they pay well respected Vrabel 9.5 then pay first time HC Johnson 15, this org is stupidDoes that co against cap or something?

I think Slovik will be the next HC... Ran's guy
And wilfolk at DL coach and the rest of the 2000’s patriots filling the other assistant spotsI see Belichick stepping into a GM only role and Vrabel as HC..Brady as QB coach lol
steals from here all the tiimeListening to Paul Kuharsky, one would think he is a GoTitans member.
Don’t think Slowic hire would be hated by the universe.
I think most would welcome a Offensive minded coach

I’m sure the owner cares and can negotiate whatever the fair salary should be.Well if they pay well respected Vrabel 9.5 then pay first time HC Johnson 15, this org is stupid

but as fans, what difference does it make? It doesn’t effect the roster in anyway.
If Ben Johnson is the guy AAS feels will get the titans to the promise land, seems stupid to pass on him for asking too much money and settle for someone that AAS may not feel can get over the hump for cheaper.
The Titans led the league in replacement players once againIf Vrabel heads to NE I'm going to be interested in seeing if these injuries follow.
When a team starts overpaying, it becomes a culture. There is always a day of reckoning
I don’t wanna be a dumb team

That’s the trifecta. 3 years running highly respected HC has the most “injuries”.The Titans led the league in replacement players once again
who was 91 last gameThe Titans led the league in replacement players once again
dude was huge... kept him out there at DT for at least 1 whole series second half
For players I agree and that affects the entire roster and salary cap. When a team starts overpaying, it becomes a culture
I don’t wanna be a dumb team
I don’t think the coach falls under the same premise.
F Florio and his rumormonger blog. That blowhard doesn't know dik about football.Florio raking Amy over the coals in his PFT article.
There are a ton of fans saying things like "we need to get rid of Tanne" and not knowing his contract is up lol
We have all seen instances where teams overpay for a coach, usually doesn’t go as plannedFor players I agree and that affects the entire roster and salary cap.
I don’t think the coach falls under the same premise.
Overpaying is overpaying...salary cap asideFor players I agree and that affects the entire roster and salary cap.

Belichick was born in Nashville...it's all starting to make sense now......

Too late.
The Titans were never going to be any good again with under qualified cronies on the coaching staff. Once Schwartz was gone it was clear as day he was responsible for the defensive success during his short second tenure here. Coach Colgate was the lackey to an offensive line coach that totally stunk. He had no real qualifications to be an NFL offensive line coach.

yeah- I agree mostly. But I think folks are quick to forget we were cap strapped and talent deficient due to JRob. Dumping the GM and the HC is simply a standard reset. Like JRob, the new GM has some cap space and although not a "king's ransom" of draft capital like JRob, a modest bit to get things improved. The HC will have a cupboard that is much fuller than Vrabel had in his last two years.
