Not sure what is so great about this guy. His offense with the Bengals has been mediocre. He was the OC for the Bengals when they went 2-14 and got the first pick. Then they draft Joe Burrow and he becomes a genius.

All our past coaches had playbooks from the 90s .
Run run and then run .I'm done with all those hard nose old school style coaches who still play 90s style football.
Just listened to an interview on 104.5 and they had the "boom boom room" segment where they ask him a range of questions... music, movies, sports questions, etc.. I smiled throughout it. He is very likable. If he is as good of a coach as he is an interview, this is going to be some fun seasons coming up.

Just watched the video... 1 thing that resonates with me is Brian Callahan will be a players coach. Brian is definitely very passionate about football, and you can tell by his demeanor, he loves what he does. This is going to be an interesting ride.
