To be fair, I think Tennessee had the players to win today, just didn’t execute.Along with how awful their running game is.
We totally destroy them with our full squad. Hopefully we see them again in the playoffs.
Bullock makes his 2 kicks, we’re tied at 7 and down only 13-10 after the second.
If THill hits his pass to Rogers, maybe maybe tied at 13 (keep the bullock miss)
If only the foreman fumble doesn’t happen, it looked very much like a ten TD drive. Even a FG keeps them right on NE heels. 26-20. No need to 100% pass then.
THill missed Firkser when Pruitt dropped the TD catch and the play before, I think foreman had the room to stay outside. Either of those is a TD, the 4th down INT isn’t needed. Assume we were still down 26-13 at THAT point, the game is still within reach and no need to 100% pass.
Now imagine the D continued to try tackling. The TD Bourne got maybe gets held to another FG. Still a 22-13 game.
Tons of different opportunities missed and far and away (like many have tried) not THill’s fault alone. Tons of different scenarios where someone other than THill failed and cost us the titan seems points.

The game wasn’t close anyway. If Hilliard don’t bust that long touchdown right before half on 3rd n long - this game isn’t close. You could say Pats played down a bit. Like the glass half-full but def think you’re reaching here - thinking they slaughter NE with a healthy squad.
The thing is, Hilliard (the dry wall salesman 2 weeks ago) Did get that big run and a whole bunch more big runs. That NE run D is HIGHLY suspect and easy to thing Tennessee steam rolls them with Henry back. Heck, maybe just not fumbling could have led to a beating.

Did you not watch the game?
We gave them bums every opportunity to win and still kept it close until the 4th quarter..
Coles takes that pick 6 gift to the house, I promise we win this game with our JV team.

Great breakdown. That's why I know this team can be really good. We had so many opportunities to win this game with our JV squad.
It's one of those games where NE didn't win, we lost this game. Those fumbles by Hillard and Foreman were devastating. Those don't happen, we're talking a nail biter.
Hopefully we see them again in the playoffs.

Hurt bad. I promise you that we win this game and take the momentum if his goofy ass catches that gift.
With the injuries, the Titans aren’t good enough to overcome a 9-0 turnover ratio the last two games. It’s as simple as that.
I can’t remember when a Bye week wasn’t needed more.

Damn Texans loss still pisses me off. How did that happen?
We are sitting pretty, no matter the Pats result.

Losing to the Jets and Houston hurts but considering the injuries and being on the road today, we hung in there for 3 quarters.Damn Texans loss still pisses me off. How did that happen?

Colts losing helps lessen the NE loss a bit...we need to get healthy
The Jets and Texans hurt.
But we lose to a crap team about twice a season anyway. I'm used to it by this point.

Thankfully we get Jags out of the bye before a stretch of good (not great) teams in the Steelers, 49ers, Dolphins.
I can accept the Jets loss, but the Texans loss was totally unacceptable.
I can't accept any loss to a team we should beat.I can accept the Jets loss, but the Texans loss was totally unacceptable.

Yeah but you know those type of games are a given.
We were on the road and it was still early in the season.
The Texans loss was no excuse at all.
not elite QB money but yeah... hes paid like what he is on most days... ZERO QBs lighting it up throwing to 5 6 7 & 8 WRsHe's paid elite QB money but cannot take over and dominate like one. J Rob went all in on him and didn't even look to draft a QB to develop. A crime Tammy gets paid more than Henry.

I get our star receivers have been banged up, but holy crap, Tannehill hasn't just been bad, but absolutely atrocious since Henry got hurt. I hope I'm wrong, but for now it looks like it is what it is, and that's Tannehill being exposed without Henry's coattails.

Let’s get healthy and run the table when it matters after the new year.

We dropped from 1st to 3rd seed and could fall further over the bye.

They aren’t really good. Titans “ should “ win out. But I imagine there is a loss in there. But maybe not.

How ? Colts can’t catch us. It’s not mathematically possible to fall below 3. We own the tie breakers. It’s probable we move up, We will either be #2 or #1 after the bye,
