Good teams get play makers early then get line later and coach them up
2019 chiefs had 2 1sts, 2 2nds, and 1 3rd on the OL. 3 drafted by KC.
I think you may get luckier later with OL, but you can absolutely get career 1 team OL in the first. Joe Thomas comes to mind.
