I just started watching Arrow. Only 2 episodes in. It's pretty good. Seems like it might end up being better than Flash. Gotham still rules all though.

I have Constantine on DVR. The Gotham theory is interesting but come on they're not going to make the Penguin like the Danny Devito version. Gotham better not touch the Joker.
They gave her waaaay too much importance in the Bigger Picture to just write her out. She hasnt gone anywhere.
The girl is gone but not forever. They replaced her with another female lead.

Yeah I don't buy it either. It is interesting though and has been picking up a lot of steam around the interwebs.
The writers have said that there will be lots of allusions to the Joker throughout the series. I don't know that they will ever actual have him as a main character but I think they want to keep you guessing. E.G. There was a standup comic at the club in the pilot who many people speculated might be the Joker.
Not sure how I feel about Vince Vaughn and Colin Farrell.
I think I read that same interview. The Joker has no actual origin, so I would hate for Gotham to do something. I rather them just keeping hinting or drop some easter eggs for the fans. Like the stand up comedic or something else.
They should use the Red Hood.
Gotham tonight was pretty good, except the Nigma scenes. Meh. I'll watch again next week. Nice to get a bit more backstory on Gordon's partner.
I haven't watched the latest episode of Gotham yet, but I think it's pretty solid so far. Whether they can keep it up for several seasons, I'm not so sure about.

I wouldn't have minded the Nigma stuff except for the fact that they continue to insist on beating the audience over the head with the fact that he's the Riddler. They say his name over and over anytime he's in a scene. At one point Harvey even called him E. Nigma. And on top of all that he was drinking out of a mug with a big question mark on it during one scene.
By now I've just come to accept that stuff as part of the show. But it really is lame and is one of the things holding the show back from being truly great. The audience isn't that stupid.

I gave up on Boardwalk midway through the 3rd season. Didn't hate it by any means but I was just watching so many other shows I liked more at the time so it got lost in the shuffle and I just never went back to it. I'd like to finish it at some point though.
