http://www.rarityguide.com/That's ridiculous. I see it for $20-$25, depending on the shape. I collect loose carts though.
I try to find the appx. value here. I know some game stores over price things but every now and then I can find some gems at a flea market or craig's list or something.
Forgot about W3 somehow.have you played the Witcher 3?
I'll give W3 the slight nod. Hzd is still incredible though

got about 40hrs in HZD, great game.
Where'd you get it? Is it the actual NES cartridge?
I see the 2015 version on Amazon.
I downloaded an emulator on my phone for the NES, I googled for roms and there was a site that had Super Tecmo Bowl (1991 roster) and one with the 2017 roster.
I downloaded both but I've been enjoying the 2017 version much more.

The flea market is dried up. Just a bunch of resellers who try to sell for eBay prices or higher.
have you played the Witcher 3?
This game was weird for me.
I enjoyed playing it but never really had the desire to "get off work and go play" it. I've put it down twice and just forgot about it because I didn't have the desire to come back.
I'm about 95% done with Red Dead Redemption's main story and I am confident in saying this game is O-VER-RA-TED.
Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad game, but it's a boring game. Riding on a horse alone through the desert across the whole map for every mission is not fun. Holding X while following an NPC on horseback is not fun. Riding shotgun on a wagon across the whole map is not fun. And there isn't a whole lot to do on your way to the destination. Maybe someone will get chased by some coyotes and you save them, but that's about it. Just empty space until you go from point A to point B.
It seemed like half of the main missions were just filler. Seth and Dickinson were totally unnecessary.
I've always hated how floaty the game physics are in RockStar games. RDR is no exception.
With that said, the environment was great, especially for a 2010 game.
7/10.

Getting up to speed seems random. Press X and there is no change. Press X a few times and there seems to be no change. Press X a lot and you go from 0-60 in 2 seconds.
Is there a way to slow down other than just not holding X?
In other words, like a horse
That is why I hate riding a horse IRL, they have a mind of their own lol
And {Right bumper} will have John pull back on the reigns which slows down the horse, eventually stopping him.
Did you do the railroad thing yet, with the tied up woman. You will love it. Just remember it has to be a woman.
Beat it. Don't care anymore. In other words, like a horse
I did it once. Spent like 25 minutes trying to track down the damn train. It was not as satisfying as I had hoped.Did you do the railroad thing yet, with the tied up woman. You will love it. Just remember it has to be a woman.
Well, after beating HZD I kind of went into a rut. I bought Nier: Automata and didn't even play it, haven't played anything really in the last week or two. Decided to fire up uncharted collection and finish the 2nd one. Was at 87% complete for about 2 months and finally figured I would go ahead and beat it with the intention of going through 3 and 4 and finishing up the series in time for the new one.
Really enjoyed 1 and 2, have no complaints at all to be honest. Firing up Uncharted 3 right now. I really want to play 4, but I want to keep going in order so I have the full story in the correct order.
After this(UC3-4) I am going to give Nier a playthrough. Heard great things about it and I love JRPGs. Best buy gamers club is awesome. Pretty sweet getting new 60$ physical releases for 48 dollars day one.
edit: Oh yeah... fired up god of war 3 remaster last night in the early am and had a good time. Probably alternate my time between UC series and that until I wrap them up and start Nier.

I played RDR on 360.It was a good game for it's time. But it didn't get its claws in me like most others... I made it to what I thought was the end and was so relieved. Turned out nope... time to go to Mexico.Beat it. Don't care anymore.

Stopped playing there and don't feel like I missed out on too much tbh
When you mount your horse and ride into Mexico... that moment was beautiful with the special song.I played RDR on 360.It was a good game for it's time. I considered getting one when the stock situation settles down. I have the extra cash to grab it but nothing is out yet aside from Zelda that I even want to play. I'm not a big mario kart guy either. If Mario turns out to be epic, might push me over the edge. Last Mario game I played was on the n64 and it was life changing.Just got the Switch, pretty fun
I just don't think I would find as much use for the portability as some people. Don't have a train or bus ride, don't have to fly due to work or vacation. So I would only use the screen around the house... in bed or pooping. Might as well just use TV if you're home.
I'm still interested in the console, though. Few more quality first party games and I will most likely pull the trigger. PS4 and Switch sounds great.. covers a ton of different types of games.
edit: Mario Odyssey + Monster Hunter... or dear god a Pokemon console rpg.. and then you have BoTW already released. That would get me to go buy one right now.

Feeling like there wasn't a grind at all for me in HZD is one of great things I liked about it. The entire game was perfectly paced for me, the side quests weren't too numerous and were typically interesting. Then you had the hunter lodge challenges, and the dungeon to improve your override ability.I liked HZD, but it felt like a huge grind.
Only time I ever had to "grind" was when I needed materials to upgrade gear, ie increase quiver space or potion space, and usually this was only on the final tier of upgrades. Took me 30 minutes to kill enough racoons to max out my arrow capacity.
Totally my GOTY to this point and I really don't know if anything will surpass it. Truly one of the best games I've experienced in the last 5 years.
But Aloy? What a terrible name for your main protagonist. Playing off alloy.. like robot building material. Ugh
